Job summary

• Must have experience managing engineering projects and coordinating across teams.
• Background in industrial automation, electrical and controls engineering.
• Familiarity with GMP and medical/pharma manufacturing requirements.
• Knowledge of IQ/OQ/PQ validation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects, changes, and enhancements in product or process.
• Improve manufacturing process capability, reduce production costs, and raise OEE.
• Support manufacturing and maintenance engineering activities.
• Analyze machine/process issues from customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Manage label change processes including regulatory interactions and verification.
