Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company focused on extending lives, is seeking an Engineering Projects Lead in Singapore. You will manage product and process change projects, liaise with stakeholders on requirements, timelines and validation, and help design changes that improve performance.

You will drive manufacturing process improvements using Lean tools, enhance equipment reliability, and support maintenance engineering while ensuring GMP compliance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering project management.
• Strong background in industrial automation and controls.
• Experience with manufacturing machinery commissioning, debugging and validation.
• Familiarity with GMP and medical/pharma manufacturing is a plus.
• IQ/OQ/PQ knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects and change processes; liaise with stakeholders on requirements, schedules, feasibility and validation.
• Improve manufacturing process capability, reduce costs; apply Lean tools to enhance OEE and energy/water conservation.
• Support manufacturing and maintenance engineering.
• Analyze issues related to customer complaints; lead a team of technicians for corrective actions.
• Lead label changes: coordinate with supply chain; draft artworks; liaise with Regulatory Affairs.
