Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore seeks a hands-on Facilities Engineer to join our Facilities Engineering team. You will plan and deliver maintenance for M&E and sterilisation equipment, leading technical staff and coordinating with contractors to ensure safe, reliable hospital operations.

You will drive reliability improvements, support audits, and participate in governance with ISO/EHS standards, while growing into leadership roles and broader project responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare M&E systems knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to supervise contractors and guide technical staff.
• Strong documentation and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and review maintenance programmes for M&E systems and sterilisation equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform reliability assessments and prepare investigation reports.
• Support inspection, testing, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Oversee budget and resource planning for maintenance work.
• Ensure documentation aligns with ISO/EHS and hospital standards.
