JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Asst. Project Manager to lead site operations, ensure project quality and schedules, and coordinate with clients for timely, safe, and high-quality construction delivery.

The role emphasizes BIM coordination, compliance with local codes, and collaboration with project teams to implement changes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM.
• At least 3 years of relevant drafting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for project documentation.
• Skilled in design/visualization software such as AutoCAD for detailed drafting.
• Knowledgeable of Singapore Construction Industry rules, regulations, and standards.
• Strong project management and supervision skills to oversee progress and quality.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during meetings to verify model accuracy and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Provide constructibility input during design development to ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain drawing and document standards consistently throughout the project lifecycle to support quality control.
• Collaborate closely with project coordinators and project managers to implement drawing amendments and updates efficiently.
