Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced BIM/Civil engineer to develop, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models and shop drawings for regulatory approval and on-site construction at a Central project site in Singapore.

You will detect, flag, and report structural/MEP clashes to the Project Design Team to prevent construction errors, and assist the design team with RFIs to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of Singapore construction experience (contractor background preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in BIM software, specifically Revit (Architecture/MEP/Structure), Tekla, and MicroStation (AECOsim).
• Proven track record in producing high-quality construction shop drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently under pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Working days: 5.5 days

Location: Project site at Central
