Job summary

D-TEAM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking experienced design engineers in Singapore with strong ACMV knowledge and high proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit BIM. Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E shop drawings and as-built drawings for ACMV systems.
• Develop coordination drawings integrating multidisciplinary inputs.
• Maintain drawings through project lifecycle with design changes.
• Manage project models, families, templates, and schedules in BIM.
• Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and provide feedback.
• Apply drafting quality standards and continuous improvement.

Profile we are looking for

We’re looking for experienced design engineers with strong knowledge in ACMV, and high level of proficiency in Revit BIM and Autocad software skills.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed M&E shop drawings, section details, and as-built drawings for ACMV systems to ensure accurate project documentation and execution
• Collaborate with project teams to develop coordination drawings that integrate multidisciplinary inputs and support seamless project delivery
• Maintain and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes and ensure compliance with project standards
• Manage project models including families, templates, annotations, and schedules to optimize BIM workflows and enhance project accuracy
• Participate actively in BIM Coordination Meetings by sharing insights and feedback that influence project outcomes and improve collaboration
• Support project leaders by implementing drawing amendments promptly and verifying adherence to technical and quality standards
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn and apply BIM tools and CAD software to enhance drafting efficiency and project quality
• Engage as a proactive team player with curiosity for new technologies to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
