Job summary

Search Index Pte Ltd is seeking a construction professional to support a major building project in Jurong East. You will report to the Project Manager and assist in managing on-site activities, sequences, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil/Building degree, has experience in large-scale construction, and is familiar with steel structures. This is a permanent role with a five-day work week on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Civil Engineering or Building.
• Experience in large-scale building construction projects preferred.
• Familiarity with steel structures and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Support project and construction management for building projects.
• Coordinate corewall formwork system, material host, and tower cranes on site.
• Oversee construction activities, ensure adherence to master and detailed schedules.
• Liaise with consultants on technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on site.
• Prepare reports and method statements.
• Monitor ongoing construction activities.

• Up to $6,500 basic + Variable bonus.

• Permanent position/ 5 workdays

• Participate in constructing a new Building project in the Jurong East area.

• Our client is a reputable MNC and leading A1 Main Contractor

Job Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager

• Support project and construction management for building projects

• Involvement in coordinating/ setting construction sequence ie corewall formwork system, material host, tower cranes

• Oversee construction activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme

• Liaise with consultants on technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on site activities

• Prepare reports and method statements

• Monitor ongoing construction activities
