Job summary

encasa asia employment services llp is seeking a Construction Manager/Senior Site Manager to oversee daily site operations on large-scale building projects in Singapore. You will ensure work is safe, on schedule, and meets quality standards.

The role requires coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers; managing precast, structural, architectural and M&E activities; and ensuring compliance with WSH regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience as Construction Manager or Senior Site Manager on large projects.
• Strong knowledge of precast, structural, architectural and M&E coordination.
• Good understanding of Singapore regulations and WSH.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities to ensure safety and quality.
• Organize work sequences, manpower, materials and site logistics.
• Track progress, productivity, and subcontractor performance.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Supervise structural, architectural, M&E and precast works.
• Monitor delays and coordinate recovery actions to stay on track.
• Ensure works comply with drawings, specs, quality standards and WSH.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and teams (Technical, QS, QA/QC, Safety).
• Assist with project completion, handover and defect rectification.

• $4,500 - $7,500 + AWS & Bonus
• A reputable Grade A1 main contractor with a strong track record in large-scale, complex building projects across both public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Organize construction work sequences, manpower deployment, materials, resources and overall site logistics.
• Track project progress, site productivity and the performance of subcontractors.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to address and resolve site-related matters.
• Supervise and coordinate structural, architectural, M&E and precast construction and installation works.
• Monitor potential programme delays and coordinate appropriate recovery actions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards and WSH requirements.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and supporting teams including Technical, QS, QA/QC and Safety.
• Assist with project completion activities, inspections, handover processes and rectification of outstanding defects.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant construction experience as a Construction Manager / Senior Site Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of precast, structural, architectural and M&E coordination.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations and WSH requirements
