Job summary

SEARCH INDEX PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Engineer to support the construction of a new building project in Jurong East. You will report to the Project Manager and assist on planning, coordination, and on-site management.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, have experience with large-scale buildings and steel structures, and can coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to ensure progress and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Building.
• Experience in large-scale building construction projects preferred.
• Familiar with steel structure.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Manager.
• Support project and construction management for building projects.
• Involvement in coordinating/ setting construction sequence ie corewall formwork system, material host, tower cranes.
• Oversee construction activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with consultants on technical issues and coordinate with subcontractors on site activities.
• Prepare reports and method statements.
• Monitor ongoing construction activities.

• Up to $6,500 basic + Variable bonus.

• Participate in constructing a new Building project in the Jurong East area.
