Job summary

ONZZ ENGINEERING AND TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks a BMS project coordinator to oversee interdisciplinary coordination, oversee site inspections and support commissioning efforts. You will work with contractors and stakeholders to ensure alignment with design drawings and project timelines.

The role emphasizes BMS knowledge, technical documentation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with exposure to building automation systems and field installation processes in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation or M&E systems.
• Experience in project coordination and construction site activities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BMS protocols such as BACnet and Modbus, or experience with DDC controllers.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
