Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to design, configure, and deploy BMS control systems for HVAC, lighting, and access control in large commercial facilities in Singapore. You will customize software to client specs and perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

The role requires 3+ years in BMS engineering, solid knowledge of Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo CC, Niagara, and relevant protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BMS engineering, programming, and commissioning.
• Proficient in BMS platforms (Schneider, EcoStruxure, Siemens Apogee/DesigoCC, Niagara) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC).
• Strong understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems and BMS architecture (DDC controllers, sensors, actuators).
• Familiar with SCADA, building automation, and system documentation.
• Skilled in troubleshooting, testing and technical support.
• Effective communicator with strong analytical and teamwork abilities.
• Programming knowledge in C++, Python, or PLC.
• Experience in energy analysis or software integration for building systems is an added advantage.
