Job summary

GAIN CITY ENGINEERING (M&E) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer to design, configure and deploy BMS systems for HVAC/ACMV, lighting, and access control in Singapore projects. You will customize software and perform commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure client specifications are met.

The role requires knowledge of Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo CC, Niagara, and BACnet/Modbus protocols, with programming skills in C++, Python, or PLC.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in BMS engineering, programming, and commissioning.
• Proficient in BMS platforms (Schneider, EcoStruxure, Siemens Apogee/ DesigoCC, Niagara) and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LON, OPC).
• Strong understanding of HVAC/ACMV systems and BMS architecture.
• Familiar with SCADA and building automation documentation.
• Programming knowledge in C++, Python, or PLC.
