Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Services Project Engineer in Singapore to support planning, execution, and commissioning of BMS and ACMV/HVAC systems. You will review specifications, size systems, prepare BOMs, and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include shop drawings, documentation submissions, site supervision, FAT support, and handover of projects with emphasis on energy efficiency and ISO-related

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines.
• Experience in ACMV/HVAC, BMS or building automation is advantageous.
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, testing & commissioning is preferred.

• Support project planning, execution, budget control and scheduling.
• Review project specifications, designs and technical requirements.
• Perform system sizing, equipment selection and prepare BOMs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and vendors on project execution.
• Prepare shop drawings, technical documentation and submissions.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Coordinate site installation, testing, inspection and commissioning activities.
• Support FAT, troubleshooting and system commissioning.
• Assist with material/subcontractor sourcing and procurement.
• Support variation order works and project handover.
• Design, install and commission Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Support ACMV/BMS troubleshooting, optimisation and energy-efficiency initiatives.
• Develop control sequences, logic diagrams and BMS graphics where required.
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs and ISO-related requirements.
