Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated professional to assist in the design, planning and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects across Singapore Island Wide.

You will coordinate with main contractors, consultants and clients, review drawings and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, M&E, ACMV or BMS projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, planning and execution of Building Management System (BMS) projects.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and clients on project requirements and site activities.
• Review project drawings and ensure latest approved drawings are used for installation works.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure works meet project specs and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and assist with scheduling and cost control.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, project documentation and site records.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical, installation and site coordination issues.
• Support system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and project handover.
• Inspect completed works and follow up on defects or non-conformance issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and according to customer requirements.
