Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is hiring for a BMS/MEP engineer to design Mechanical, Electrical and BMS works on-site at the West location. You will support project planning, cost control and coordinate with main contractors to ensure timely delivery and high quality workmanship.

The role requires a diploma in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with a standard Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm schedule and attractive welfare, allowances and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Involve in conceptual and details design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works.
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor and other contractors for BMS installation work.
• Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation including method statements.

Responsibilities

• Involve in conceptual and details design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works.
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project.
• Coordinate with Main Contractor and other contractors for BMS installation work.
• Supervise the subcontractors to ensure workmanship within agreed standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation including method statements.
• Ensure timely handover of project with high quality and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure installation drawings are accessible at the point of use.
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing.
• Achieve successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Involve in conceptual and details design of Mechanical / Electrical / BMS engineering works
• Assist Manager in Project Planning, Budget Cost Control and execution of Project
• Coordinate with Main Con and other contractors for BMS installation work
• Supervise a group of subcontractors and ensure that works are executed within and acceptable standard of workmanship
• Prepare site progress report and necessary project documentation that may include method statement
• Ensure timely handover (delivery) of project while maintaining high quality standard of optimum cost (cost effectiveness)
• Ensure that the relevant installation drawings are accessible at the point of use
• Resolve technical issues relating to installation, commissioning and testing
• Responsibility for the successful completion of the projects and meet customers satisfaction
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience
