Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer – Architectural Works to join our team on a client site in Ubi. You will assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, coordination with subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance for architectural works.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field and at least two years of site coordination experience, with preference for architecture-related

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or related discipline.
• At least two years of relevant construction project or site coordination experience.
• Relevant experience in architectural works is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Ensure site works meet project quality and compliance standards and project documentation is properly prepared for submissions.
• Coordinate architectural project activities across design, procurement, construction and site operations under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate and timely project reporting and status tracking.
• Manage site progress, approved changes, and project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review design drawings and specifications.
• Perform additional project engineering/management duties as required.
• Report directly to Manager / Senior Manager.

Job description

• Position : Project Engineer – Architectural Works

• Location : Ubi / Client Site

• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, and Saturday, 8:30am–12:30pm
  Site hours may vary according to project requirements.

• Salary (commensurate with experience) :$3800-$4500 Basic + AWS + Transport Claims + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, and coordinate with subcontractors

• Ensure site works meet project quality and compliance standards and project documentation is properly prepared for submissions

• Coordinate relevant architectural project activities across design, procurement, construction and site operations under the direction of the Project Manager.

• Maintain accurate and timely project reporting and status tracking

• Manage site progress, approved changes, and project execution with internal and external stakeholders

• Review design drawings and specifications

• Perform additional project engineering/management duties as required

• Report directly to Manager / Senior Manager
