Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd invites applications for Assistant Project Manager (Construction / Architectural Works) to lead full project teams and deliver projects on time, with quality and within budget at a client site in Ubi, Singapore.

You will develop detailed project plans, manage scope, changes, risks, and costs, monitor progress and cash flow, and work closely with the client to meet business needs while certifying subcontractors' progress claims.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of project engineering/management experience.
• Background in construction, architectural and M&E preferred.

Job description

• Position : Assistant Project Manager (Construction / Architectural Works)

• Location : Ubi / Client Site

• Working hours : 5.5 days/ 8 hours

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : $6,000–$7,500 gross per month, depending on relevant experience, + AWS + 14 days of annual leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead full project team to deliver within time, quality, and cost

Requirements:
