Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer – Residential Project Management to oversee delivery of residential projects in Singapore. The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams at a Ubi location.
You will lead project coordination, planning, and control, ensuring schedules, budgets, and resources align with client requirements and company standards. Strong communication and hands-on management are essential.
Salary: Up to $4,500 basic + AWS
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm; Saturday, 9:00am – 1:00pm

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with strong project management and coordination skills who can work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Main Contractor (Main Con) background who have hands‑on experience managing HDB, condominium, and landed residential projects.
Lead and coordinate new and ongoing projects, overseeing resources, schedules, budgets, project requirements, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage overall project execution, including manpower planning, resource allocation, project coordination, and meeting attendance.
Prepare, review, and present project schedules, cash flow projections, and budgets to management.
Monitor project progress and provide weekly completion reports, highlighting potential delays, risks, and areas requiring attention.
Prepare monthly forecasts and reports covering project revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators.
Define project roles and responsibilities and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements, timelines, and budget.
Plan and allocate project resources, including manpower, equipment, software, hardware, and facilities, according to project needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and effective project coordination.
Engage with clients to understand their requirements, address concerns, and recommend practical and effective solutions.
Lead project teams in prioritising critical tasks by evaluating project objectives, outstanding works, challenges, budget constraints, and deadlines.
Develop, document, and communicate comprehensive project schedules covering all phases of construction to ensure clear alignment among stakeholders.
Identify potential project risks and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve issues and maintain project timelines.
Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to requirements, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
3 years of project management experience with a Main Contractor (Main Con) for residential projects: (HDB, Condominium and Landed Property).
Strong project coordination, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under project deadlines.
Good understanding of project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and construction processes.
