Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer – Architectural Works to join our team on a client site in Ubi. You will assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, coordination with subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance for architectural works.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field and at least two years of site coordination experience, with preference for architecture-related

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or related discipline.
At least two years of relevant construction project or site coordination experience.
Relevant experience in architectural works is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the project manager with site planning, supervision, and coordinate with subcontractors.
Ensure site works meet project quality and compliance standards and project documentation is properly prepared for submissions.
Coordinate architectural project activities across design, procurement, construction and site operations under the direction of the Project Manager.
Maintain accurate and timely project reporting and status tracking.
Manage site progress, approved changes, and project execution with internal and external stakeholders.
Review design drawings and specifications.
Perform additional project engineering/management duties as required.
Report directly to Manager / Senior Manager.
