Job summary

HKM HR Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking personnel for MNC projects in Building Management System (BMS), ELV and security systems in Singapore. The role emphasizes budget review, scheduling, documentation, and close collaboration with clients and engineers.

Applicants with Diploma or Degree in engineering, and at least 2 years' relevant experience, will contribute to ISO-compliant project delivery and timely handovers, with AWS and medical benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in engineering studies.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in relevant fields.
• Knowledge in DDC, PLC, HVAC, Card Access, CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA/BGM and ELV, Structure Cabling & etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing project handover budgets to ensure compliance with policies and contracts.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.
• Support project management activities: scheduling, documentation, and drawings.
• Source materials, raise purchase requests, and prepare variation quotations.
• Review system implementation designs with the engineering team.
• Coordinate site progress, delays, and WSH compliance; attend site meetings.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in reviewing project handover budgets to ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and contract specifications.

2. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with ISO standards.

3. Support project management activities, including:

   • Preparing and monitoring project schedules.

   • Managing project documentation and drawings.

   • Sourcing materials and raising purchase requests within budget.

   • Preparing variation quotations for management approval.

   • Reviewing system implementation designs with the engineering team.

4. Monitor site progress, address delays, and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

5. Assist in preparing progress claims and supporting documentation.

6. Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

7. Coordinate engineering activities to ensure timely completion of FAT, testing & commissioning (T&C), training, and project handover.

8. Prepare and submit weekly installation and T&C progress reports.

9. Perform other duties and assignments as assigned by management.

Requirements
