  • Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure accurate technical compliance and timely feedback on project progress and variation claims.
  • Oversee the procurement and timely delivery of fire protection materials and equipment in line with site progress and project budget.
  • Prepare and manage essential project documentation including variation orders, extension of time (EOT) submissions, testing procedures, meeting minutes, purchase orders, O&M manuals, and final project close-out packages per ISO standards.
  • Ensure manpower deployment and system readiness for site inspections and authority clearances (e.g., SCDF, FSSD).
  • Work with drafting teams to support the creation of shop drawings, penetration details, and other technical submittals.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors to resolve on-site technical issues and implementation challenges.
  • Ensure all rectification and installation works comply with fire safety standards and contractual specifications.
  • Comply with all Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations and company policies.
