Job summary

Responsibilities

• 1) Support on client assigned project.
• 2) Conduct site survey and evaluation of client request and requirement.
• 3) Prepare draft STP proposal for client alignment and approval.
• 4) Coordinate with Sodexo vendor for site Gemba.
• 5) Gather and evaluate Sodexo’s vendor quotation.
• 6) Prepare Sodexo quotation for new project for client approval
• 7) Supervise and coordinate project works.
• 8) Attend weekly project meeting.
• 9) Conduct and coordinate handover inspection with GSK relative system owners.
• 10) Process and verify Sodexo and vendor claims.
• 11) Strong understanding of rendering, layouts, drawings, and design coordination.
• 12) Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• 13) Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• 14) Strong people management, leadership, and communication abilities.
• 15) Vendor evaluation, negotiation, and procurement coordination skills.
• 16) Knowledge of quotations, BOQs, cost estimation, and budget control.
• 17) Problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management capabilities.
• 18) Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• 19) Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, project management tools, and relevant drawing or design software.
