ALGAS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Diploma-qualified Civil/Mechanical Engineer to manage projects end-to-end. You will prepare drawings, coordinate with plumbers, main contractors and consultants, and ensure timely submission of required documents.

You will track project status, update drawings, and support site teams with technical drawings and details, including risk assessments and method statements. A class 3 driving license is listed in the holder spec.

Competenze

• Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering required.

• Undertake all stages of projects from start to end.
• Calculate material quantities for the project.
• Coordinate with the plumber/main-contractor or consultant.
• Prepare shop drawings, beam penetration drawings.
• Submit risk assessments and safety work procedures, method statements, and material catalogues as required by the site/main contractor.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project Engineer and/or Project Supervisor on the projects and emails; support sites with drawings and details.
• Coordinate and resolve all technical problems from sites.
• Attend major site meetings, testing and turn-on.
• Update drawings as required.
• Perform regular updates on project status for meetings.
• Track progress of sites.
• Coordinate with all other Engineers and Supervisors for site progress, logistics and manpower scheduling.
• Liaise with clients for remote troubleshooting and advice in servicing and maintenance
• Assist in scheduling Service Technicians and manpower coordination
• Assist in document submissions and controlling
• Tracking and follow-up for every service and maintenance cases
• Review project schedules and ensure timely submission of documents to Authorities.
• Ability to work closely with Engineer for various Project phases.
• All drawings and correspondences must be well documented.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by Management.

Key Responsibilities:
