ATTIKA INTERIOR + MEP PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Project Leader to drive large-scale commercial renovations and interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. You will guide project teams, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure alignment with client requirements and standards.

The role emphasizes client and stakeholder management, coordination of interior design and M&E works, and strict adherence to Singapore regulations and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, interior fit-out, MEP, Construction / Project Management or related built-environment discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant project and construction management experience, preferably across A&A, interior fit-out, MEP, recognised by professional bodies or BCA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Bluebeam and Aconex is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee large-scale commercial renovation, interior fit-out and M&A projects from project commencement to final handover.
• Provide strategic direction, technical guidance and leadership to Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor overall project progress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor management and resource allocation.
• Monitor project costs, variation orders, contractual obligations and project profitability.
• Identify project risks and implement measures to minimise delays, cost overruns and operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Lead discussions and resolve major project issues, design changes, technical challenges and contractual matters.
• Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, approved drawings, specifications and contractual standards.
• Oversee the coordination of interior design, architectural finishes and M&E works to minimise design clashes and delays.
• Ensure projects comply with Singapore regulations, quality standards and workplace safety requirements; oversee inspections and handover.

Job Responsibilities

1.Project Leadership & Management

Lead and oversee large-scale commercial renovation, interior fit-out and M&A projects from project commencement to final handover.

Provide strategic direction, technical guidance and leadership to Project Managers and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Monitor overall project progress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to meet project deadlines.

2.Project Planning, Cost & Contract Management

Oversee project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractor management and resource allocation.

Monitor project costs, variation orders (VO), contractual obligations and project profitability.

Identify project risks and implement appropriate measures to minimise delays, cost overruns and operational issues.

3.Client & Stakeholder Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders.

Lead discussions and resolve major project issues, design changes, technical challenges and contractual matters.

Ensure project deliverables meet client requirements, approved drawings, specifications and contractual standards.

4.Interior Design & M&E Coordination

Oversee the coordination of interior design, architectural finishes and M&E works, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems, where applicable.

Ensure effective coordination among project teams, consultants and subcontractors to minimise design clashes, rework and construction delays.

5.Quality, Safety & Project Handover

Ensure projects comply with applicable Singapore regulations, contractual requirements, quality standards and workplace safety requirements.

Oversee inspections, testing and commissioning, defect rectification and final project handover.

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Degree in Architecture, interior fit-out, MEP(Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), Construction / Project Management or a related built-environment discipline.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant project and construction management experience, preferably across A&A, interior fit-out, MEP, that is recognised by respective professional bodies, professional institutions, or BCA.

Software: Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Bluebeam and Aconex for drawing review, coordination and project documentation is preferred.
