Job summary

hl interiors builders pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and A&A projects from mobilisation to handover.

You will ensure construction complies with local regulations and design intent for offices, retail, and healthcare facilities. You will coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and vendors, supervise site progress, review shop drawings, and drive quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fit-out project management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of interior fit-out and A&A projects.
• Ensure projects meet requirements for commercial offices, retail outlets, or healthcare facilities and comply with Singaporebuilding regulations.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from site mobilisation to final handover and defect rectification.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, landlords/end users and sub-contractors/vendors.
• Monitor on-site progress and ensure quality workmanship.
• Review architectural shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure design intent and local codes.

Job description

• Responsible to ensure projects is constructed per requirements for commercial offices, retail outlets, or healthcare facilities and strictly adhering to Singapore's building regulations
• Project Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle from site mobilisation to final handover and defect rectification.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, landlords/end users and sub-contractor/vendors.
• Site Supervision: Monitor on-site progress, ensure quality of workmanship.
• Technical Review: Review architectural shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure alignment with design intent and local codes.
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in fit-out project management are strongly encouraged to apply.
