Job summary

TCT PRODUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the execution of event and exhibition fabrication projects in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating between clients, designers, suppliers, and the workshop team to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

The position includes a 3-month probation/training period with potential project-based incentives upon confirmation, offering hands-on experience in event and exhibition production in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Project Management, Design, Engineering, or related fields preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong coordination skills are welcome to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients, suppliers, and team members
• Willing to visit project sites and work flexible hours when required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines and site installation schedules
• Liaise with internal teams including design, production, and workshop
• Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Assist in material sourcing, quotation follow-ups, and production tracking
• Support on-site coordination during installation and dismantling
• Ensure project documentation and progress updates are properly maintained

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the execution of event and exhibition fabrication projects. The role focuses on coordinating between clients, designers, suppliers, and the workshop team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.

This position includes a 3-month probation / training period. Upon confirmation, staff will be eligible for project-based incentives.
