Euro Staffs is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a construction project in Bukit Batok, Singapore. The role involves organizing essential documents, maintaining schedules, and ensuring smooth communication among architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Needing a Diploma with at least 2 years in a similar role, the candidate will manage timelines, supervise site works, and assist with final project handover. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role.
• Proficient in basic AutoCAD (2D) and Microsoft Office.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain project documents (contracts, permits, RFIs, submittals, change orders).
• Update timelines and milestones; alert Project Manager to bottlenecks.
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and track actions.
• Assist in gathering warranty manuals and final project documentation.

Position: Project Coordinator Company Background: Construction company Salary: SGD3,000 – SGD4,500 Working location: Bukit Batok, Singapore Working day and time: Mon – Fri 8.30-5.30pm., Sat 8:30am – 1pm

Job Description

• Organize and maintain essential project documents, including contracts, permits, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
• Update project timelines, monitor milestones, and alert the Project Manager to potential bottlenecks.
• Facilitate clear communication between architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to prevent delays.
• Coordinate all physical works Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, transcribe meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Assist in gathering warranty manuals, as-built drawings, and final documentation upon project completion.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in relevant field
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role
• To be able to work as a team, communication is critical
• Basic AutoCAD skill (2D model)
• Microsoft office PDF, Adobe

• Plan, keep track and follow up on project progression
• Liaison between architect, consultant, engineers and sub-contractors

• Able to work overtime whenever required
