Job summary

NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Program/Project Coordinator to assist in planning, tracking, and executing multiple projects in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain to support smooth execution, manage schedules and budgets, prepare reports for internal stakeholders and customers, monitor risks, and maintain complete documentation on-site at Changi North Crescent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in program or project coordination in semiconductor manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and executing programs and projects.
• Maintain and manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and documentation to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to support smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate where needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program processes and efficiency.
• Ensure all program documentation, records, and communications are accurate and up-to-date.
• Build and maintain good rapport with customers and external parties.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site at Changi North Crescent.
