Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator - M&E / ACMV to support site coordination, contractor liaison, and project reporting across mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning works in Singapore.

You will assist with risk assessments, monitor progress, prepare reports in Excel and Word, and be available for Saturday work when required. Training will be provided for those new to the role. Diploma, NITEC or Higher NITEC in related disciplines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC or Higher NITEC in M&E or related field.
• Basic knowledge of M&E or air-conditioning systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to coordinate with contractors at project sites.
• Risk management certification is advantageous.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is advantageous for travel.
• Training will be provided for those without experience.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with contractors and site stakeholders.
• Support coordination of mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning works.

• Position: Project Coordinator - M&E / ACMV

• Location: Ubi

• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday only when required)

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday - 9.00AM to 1.00PM

• Salary: Basic up to $3,200 + Performance Bonus

• Benefits: 10-14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits
