Job summary

CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION BRANCH OFFICE SINGAPORE is seeking a Project Coordinator (Architecture) to ensure architectural works are aligned with approved drawings and specifications, and to manage interface details with SWCs and CCSM.

The role requires coordinating all architectural drawings and leading design development while liaising with design coordinators, consultants, and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field.
• Experience in construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Experience coordinating with design coordinators, consultants, sub-contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works
• Lead architectural design development
• Coordinate and liaise with other design coordinators (C&S, E&M), design consultants, sub-contractors and clients
• Review project specifications and construction drawings
• MRT/LTA project experience is an advantage

Job description

• The Project Coordinator (Architecture) role is to ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Coordinate all architectural drawings and works
• Lead archi design development
• Coordinate and liaise with other design coordinators (C&S, E&M), design consultants, sub-contractors and clients
• Review project specifications, construction drawings
• MRT/LTA project experience is an advantage
