Job summary

FU XIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to manage drawing coordination, RFI responses, and documentation for ongoing projects.

You will supervise site finishing works, ensure drawings align with approvals, and maintain records. The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 4 years in construction, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction drawings, authority submission drawings, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate drawings, RFIs, material submissions, and method statements for prompt approval.
• Distribute the latest approved drawings and construction documents to the site team.
• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical architectural issues.
• Select materials and prepare material boards for client/architect presentation.
• Follow up on material deliveries, procurement requirements, and subcontractor finishing works.
• Manage and supervise architectural finishing works on site (joinery, wet works, tiling, facade, waterproofing).
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and verify drawings against work.
• Ensure defects and rectification works are completed promptly within timelines.
• Coordinate submissions and technical matters with consultants, architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Attend project/site coordination meetings and maintain records.

• Assist in resolving site coordination and technical architectural issues.
• Select materials and prepare comprehensive material boards for presentation to clients and architects.
• Follow up on material deliveries, procurement requirements, and subcontractor finishing works.
• Manage and supervise architectural finishing works on site (joinery, wet works, tiling, facade, waterproofing).
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress,verify that work matches approved drawings, and take photo records.
• Ensure defects and rectification works are completed promptly within the required timeline.
• Coordinate submissions and technical matters with consultants, architects, engineers, and relevant authorities.
• Attend project and site coordination meetings,maintaining clear records and following up on outstanding action items.
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for homeowners: arrange site meetings, provide regular status updates, record design decisions,and handle queries promptly.
• Support the preparation of progress reports, handover documentation, defect lists, and as-built records.
• Coordinate site handovers to homeowners and manage rectification works during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).
• Maintain organized project records,correspondence, site diaries, meeting minutes, photo logs, and inspection records.
• Comply with company policies, quality procedures, and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
