Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to manage the design coordination, drawings review, and site supervision for high-rise projects in Singapore. You will coordinate with consultants, clients, and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with regulations and project standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural construction supervision for large-scale projects.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Experience in High Rise Building Projects is advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authorities.
• Review project specifications, clarifications and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters.
• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to resolve clashes.
• Prepare transmittals on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors.
• Review and revise the current revision status.
• Compile as-built drawings upon project completion.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawings.
• Check on site to ensure architectural works follow construction drawings.
• Attend to architectural materials, sample boards, and shop drawings submission and reviews comments from consultants.

Job Description:

• Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mockup for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing
• Check on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale complexity, and nature of work.
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• Having experiences in High Rise Building Project would be bonus and advantageous.
