Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an experienced architectural professional to coordinate design drawings and supervise on-site works. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with authorities, reviewing specifications and maintaining BIM data for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of post-education experience in architectural field.
• Experience in construction supervision of projects with similar scale and complexity.
• Willing to work at a site office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority requirements.
• Review project specifications, clarifications and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and liaise with client representatives and consultants.
• Ensure detail drawings, materials and mockups are approved early.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings and specs and align with interfaces.
• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data per project requirements.
• Create and maintain project templates to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve clashes and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Prepare transmittals for drawings to subcontractors.
• Review revision status and compile as-built drawings on project completion.
• Coordinate architectural/structural/M&E drawings during the project.
• Attend to architectural materials, samples and shop drawing submissions.

Job Description:

• Coordinate of design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review project specification, technical clarifications and construction drawings
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, sub-con on technical matters
• Ensure all submission of detail drawings, materials and mockup for early approval
• Ensure all architectural works are carried out as per approved architectural drawings and specifications and all interface details with SWCs works are carried out as per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data in compliance with project requirements
• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes
• Liaise with sub-contractors
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Review and revise the current revision status
• Compiling of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawingCheck on site to ensure that architectural works are carried out according to the construction drawings
• Attend to Architectural materials, sample board, trade demo and shop drawings submission and submittal reviews comment from consultants
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale complexity, and nature of work.
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
• Having experiences in LTA Project or Residential Projects would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.
