Job summary

ICON PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Project Support to assist the Project or Construction Manager by overseeing site activities, monitoring progress and compliance, coordinating resources, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role involves resolving on-site issues, attending meetings, tracking schedules, managing manpower, and preparing daily/weekly reports to ensure projects stay on track and meet defined standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project or Construction Manager in resolving job site issues to maintain smooth operations
• Participate in meetings and follow up on action items to address raised concerns effectively
• Analyze project contract requirements and identify any deviations to ensure compliance
• Monitor construction schedules and progress to keep projects on track
• Detect defects, quality issues, and irregularities to uphold construction standards
• Maintain accurate documentation of rectification works for quality assurance
• Ensure all work complies with workplace safety and health regulations to promote a safe environment
• Plan and organize daily and weekly manpower and resource allocation to optimize site productivity
• Coordinate with site supervisors, workers, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate collaboration
• Attend site kick-off, weekly progress, and ad-hoc meetings to support project communication
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly manpower and progress reports to track site performance
• Supervise daily site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and standards
