Job summary

A+ CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex building projects in Singapore.

You will oversee site operations, manage multiple contractors, and ensure work progresses on schedule while upholding safety and quality standards. You will liaise with clients and authorities, prepare progress reports, monitor costs, and resolve on-site issues, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
