Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project co-ordination or similar admin role in construction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Knowledge of construction processes and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and align team objectives and timelines.
• Maintain project documentation: drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence.
• Schedule and attend site meetings with stakeholders.
• Liaise between site teams, clients, consultants and suppliers to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor progress against schedules and identify delays or risks; support Project Manager with reporting.

• Liaising between site teams, clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution
• Monitoring project progress against schedules and identifying potential delays or risks
• Supporting the Project Manager with administrative tasks and project reporting
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
