Job summary

Kitchen & Kitchen Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Project Coordinator to oversee carpentry and construction projects from handover through fabrication, delivery, installation and final completion. You will ensure safety, schedule, budget compliance and quality according to drawings and specs.

The role requires coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, site teams, suppliers and production, with you managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines while reading shop drawings

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building, Interior Design, Project Management, Carpentry, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in carpentry, construction, interior fit-out, or renovation project coordination.
• Strong ownership and accountability for assigned projects.
• Good understanding of carpentry fabrication, installation methods, materials, hardware, finishes, and shop drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, detailed shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Good project planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with project scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction documentation.
• Class 3 license
