Job summary

Boloni Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning and execution of residential and carpentry projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager, designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth progress from site preparation to handover.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, site visits, drawings review and liaising with clients on progress and updates, with a focus on safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design or related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in project coordination, renovation or carpentry works preferred.
• Ability to read floor plans and carpentry drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors and installers daily.
• Conduct site visits to check measurements, readiness and progress.
• Check carpentry drawings, material specs, and installation requirements.
• Coordinate delivery and installation of kitchen cabinets and built-in carpentry.
• Monitor workmanship and report delays, defects, or site issues.
• Liaise with clients on site appointments, schedules and updates.
• Maintain project records including reports, photos, drawings, and variations.
• Assist with final inspections and handover documents.
• Follow site safety requirements and procedures.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the planning and execution of residential and carpentry projects, working closely with the Project Manager, designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth progress from site preparation to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, delivery arrangements and installation timelines.
• Coordinate with designers, suppliers, contractors and installers on daily project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to check measurements, site readiness and work progress.
• Assist in checking carpentry drawings, material specifications and installation requirements.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and other built-in carpentry.
• Monitor workmanship and report delays, defects or site issues to the Project Manager.
• Liaise with clients on site appointments, delivery schedules and project updates.
• Track materials, outstanding works and defect rectification.
• Maintain project records, including site reports, photographs, drawings and variation requests.
• Assist with final inspections and prepare handover documents.
• Follow site safety requirements and building management procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant technical qualifications or practical experience in carpentry and residential projects will also be considered.
• Preferably 3 years of experience in project coordination, renovation or carpentry works.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry materials, hardware, fabrication and installation.
• Ability to read floor plans and carpentry drawings.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up closely on deadlines.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and comfortable working on site.
