Job summary

StaffKing Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Project Director / Senior Manager to lead major carpentry and joinery projects from award to handover, combining delivery, commercial, technical and people leadership.

You will oversee planning, production, site installation, budgets and final accounts, guiding project teams and coordinating with clients, consultants and suppliers to deliver on time, quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• Experienced in carpentry, joinery, woodworking or interior fit-out project management.
• Strong track record in managing large-scale carpentry / joinery projects.
• Good technical understanding of wood materials, hardware, CNC production and finishing processes.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in contracts, variation orders, claims, negotiations and project financial management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Mature leadership style with the ability to make decisions and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Identify project risks and resolve technical, commercial and operational issues effectively.
• Lead and develop project managers, quantity surveyors, site personnel and other project team members.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, productivity and cost management.
