Job summary

WGT Group in Singapore is seeking a versatile Project Coordinator Drafter to balance updating 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings with active on-site coordination, serving as a key link between clients and the main contractor. The role requires clear client communication, solid knowledge of building drafting and construction methods, and a meticulous eye for detail.

5.5-day work week, preferably in the West region. Diploma/Certificate in Building Drafting or related field with 1–3 years of local site

Qualifications

• Articulate and confident in conversing with clients and main contractors about project details and layouts.
• Strong foundational technical knowledge in construction engineering, building methods, or structural layouts.
• Highly proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D). Reading and interpreting architectural and structural blueprints.
• Diploma/Certificate in Building Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field with 1–3 years of local site experience.
• Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on attitude toward site work.
• 5.5 days, West region.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate drawing submissions, track revisions, and manage technical communication between clients and the main contractor.
• Oversee daily on-site coordination and works to align flooring installation and sports systems with blueprints and timelines.
• Sort and organize daily on-site photographic records to track installation progress and support project docs.
• Ensure layouts and dimensions align with specifications from international sports bodies.
• Execute other duties and ad-hoc site operations as assigned by the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate drawing submissions, track revisions, and manage technical communication between clients and the main contractor.
• Oversee daily on-site coordination and works to ensure flooring installation and sports systems align seamlessly with blueprints and timelines.
• Systematically sort and organize daily on-site photographic records to track physical installation progress and support project documentation.
• Ensure layouts and dimensions align with specifications from international sports bodies.
• Execute other job responsibilities and ad-hoc site operations from time to time as assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements:
