Job summary

SVANEHOJ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Coordinator to support across Product & Chemistry and Fire Water Pump Projects, interfacing directly with customers during installation and commissioning.

You will assist project managers on procurement and operational topics, including finalizing packing lists with logistics teams. The role involves coordinating installation with customers, providing project documentation, and ensuring timely delivery through production follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Diploma in relevant discipline is required.
• Strong planning, coordination, organizational and communication skills are essential.
• 1–3 years experience supporting production or projects; some experience with coordinating installation of equipment packages.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10–20 days per year.
• English and Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and support regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and commissioning of projects from resource planning, customer communication to handover to Warranty team.
• Project support with documentation, execution and compliance.
• Follow up with production on operational management topics to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide day-to-day support with purchase orders and monitor delivery status on 3rd party deliveries.

About the Role

The Project Coordinator works in a centrale role within Projects organization, supporting across Product & Chemistry and Fire Water Pump Projects, while facing the customer directly during the installation and commissioning stage of the projects.

The project coordinator will support the project managers on operational and procurement topics where frequent follow-ups are required, including e.g. finalization of the packing list of the shipment with the logistic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and commissioning of projects from resource planning, communication with the customer to handover to Warranty team.
• Project support with documentation, execution and compliance.
• Following up with production on operational management topics to ensure timely delivery.
• Day-to-day support with purchase orders and following up on delivery status on 3rd party deliveries.
• Tracking task management within projects.

Requirements

• Diploma in relevant discipline.
• Strong planning, coordination, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines.
• 1-3 years experience with supporting production or projects and ideally some experience with coordinating installation of equipment packages.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10-20 days per year.
• Language proficiency in English and Chinese is required to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and support project execution in regional markets.
