Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. invites a proactive Site/Project Coordinator to join our construction and engineering team in Singapore. You will coordinate site activities and project meetings, monitor schedules, and maintain project documentation to support smooth execution.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and a Class 3/3A driving licence with willingness to travel between project sites. Mandarin proficiency is a plus where needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients, contractors, site personnel and stakeholders; Mandarin proficiency where necessary.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licence with ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities and project meetings with internal teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project schedules, deliverables, scope and progress, ensuring on-track execution.
• Identify issues and work with specialists to develop solutions and provide basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including risk assessments and meeting minutes.
• Monitor budgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities and perform related duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinatesite activities and project meetingswith internal teams, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitorproject schedules, deliverables, scope, and progress, coordinating team members and addressing potential issues to keep projects on track.
• Identify technical and operational challenges, work with relevant specialists and stakeholders to develop solutions, and provide basic troubleshooting support for newly installed equipment.
• Prepare and maintainproject documentation, including risk assessments, safe work procedures, as-built drawings, punch lists, equipment documentation, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
• Monitor projectbudgets and expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and carry out other project-related duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum2 years of relevant experiencein site or project coordination within the construction or engineering industry.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively withclients, contractors, site personnel, and other stakeholders; proficiency in Mandarin is required where necessary to communicate with Mandarin-speaking site personnel.
• Class 3 or 3A driving licencewith the ability to travel between project sites as required.
