Job summary

TY INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Site Installation Lead to manage site installations and streamline technical workflows. You will oversee inspections, handovers, and daily operations while coordinating with clients and authorities.

The role requires 1–3 years in relevant sales/engineering, with strong AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and a self-driven attitude to drive projects to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales of products & services, preferably in Engineering.
• Track record of managing project costs, schedules and quality control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven and motivated individual.

Responsibilities

• Lead site installations and oversee daily operations, inspections, and handovers.
• Manage technical and engineering issues and coordinate site activities.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update projects to meet completion targets.
• Liaise with client representatives, authorities and consultants.
• Coordinate work progress at site and prepare progress reports.

Job description

If you have the enthusiastic to lead site installations and with streamline technical workflows we would like to meet you including but not limited to below responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Site & office project management and daily operations including inspections, handover, site measurements, project management
• Handling technical and engineering issues
• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets
• Liaison and meeting with client's representatives, relevant authorities and consultants
• Site co-ordination, monitoring and report work progress
• Responsible for timely submission of reports and completion of projects including tender/submission with target dates
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of projects
• Conduct site check on the repair works, in accordance with approved methods and procedures proposed by the Qualified Person, specifications and instructions

Requirements

• At least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• 1-3 year (s) of experience in sales of products & service, preferably in Engineering Industry
• Track record of managing project costs, schedules, and quality control
• Proficiency in technical software like AutoCAD and MS Office
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, clear verbal communication networking skills
• Self-drive as well as motivated individual
