Job summary

STEEL BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to oversee M&E project execution on site in Singapore.

You will attend site meetings, provide progressive updates to management, and coordinate the implementation of M&E works to meet specifications, budget, and schedule. The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to manage foreign workers, and strong knowledge of Design and Fire Protection Code of Practice.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings and provide progressive site updates to management
• Coordinate execution of M&E projects
• Ensure that site activities are executed in accordance with job specifications and within budget and time schedules
• Manage foreign workers and handle manpower allocation
• Possess technical knowledge in Design and Fire Protection Code of Practice
• Independent, resourceful and possess a strong sense of ownership in getting things done
