Job summary

Lum Chang Building Contractors Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee subcontractors and closely work with site operations to ensure project schedules are met. The role involves coordinating with design and construction teams for all M&E installations and system requirements.

You will attend E&M coordination meetings, adhere to procedures and safety standards, and ensure workmanship quality during site tests and inspections.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in construction industry.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills gained through supervision of field staff.
• Be assertive, independent and proactive with a positive attitude.
• Able to start work in short notice.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections

The Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering and its equivalent
• At least min 3 years of working experience in Construction Industry is preferred
• Excellent coordination and communication skills gained through experience in the supervision of field staff
• Be assertive, independent and proactive with a positive attitude
• Able to start work in short notice is preferred
