Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking an on-site M&E Coordinator to oversee all M&E works at the project site. You will supervise, coordinate, and ensure timely, budget-compliant M&E delivery in line with standards and safety regulations.

Key duties include reviewing designs and specs, producing M&E coordination drawings, attending consultants’ meetings, and maintaining drawing records. Experience with ACMV, electrical, plumbing and sanitary systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical & engineering oversight on site
• Quality checks and compliance monitoring
• Review M&E design and project drawings for spec adherence
• Review project specifications and clarifications
• Prepare structural penetration shop-drawings for approval
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architects and Design Engineers
• Produce M&E Coordination drawings and issue for approval
• Maintain M&E drawing records
• Attend site and technical meetings with Consultants
• Responsible for ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary M&E works
• Main contractor experience required
