Job summary

Ernst Engineering in Singapore is seeking a Site Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and workers, ensuring works align with drawings, specifications and schedule.

You will plan manpower, materials, machinery and equipment, monitor progress, and enforce QA/QC procedures, safety protocols, PTW and WSH. You will supervise lifting, formwork, scaffolding, concrete works, demolition and housekeeping, and prepare daily site reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site construction activities and workers.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Plan and monitor daily manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment.
• Monitor construction progress and report site issues to the Construction Manager.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, CONQUAS requirements, and project specifications.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and company safety procedures.
• Supervise lifting operations, formwork, scaffolding, concrete works, demolition, and housekeeping.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and minimise material wastage.
• Prepare daily site reports and attend coordination and progress meetings.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
