Job summary

PRECAST STEEL FIXERS PTE. LTD. on site in Singapore seeks a site assistant to support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all on-site activities.

The role involves coordinating with sub-contractors, documenting control, and ensuring adherence to structural workmanship standards during precast installation works. The candidate will organize daily reports, perform progress checks, and ensure housekeeping and safety compliance with safety personnel.

Qualifications

• Precast installation works experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning and coordinate all works on site.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and document control.
• Civil and structural planning; supervise structural works with sub-contractors and clients on structural matters and workmanship standards.
• Coordinate, organize and prepare documents and daily reports.
• Make daily checks on progress, housekeeping and safety with site safety personnel.
• Attend meetings with Main-contractors.
