Job summary

GENOCEAN ENTERPRISES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an organised site operations assistant to support the Managing Director in daily site management and progress monitoring. You will supervise site works and coordinate with trades, including architectural activities, to ensure compliance with drawings and industry standards.

You will also coordinate civil and structural tasks, arrange formwork resources, and uphold site safety according to established procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managing Director in managing and monitoring daily site operations.
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural works
• Coordinate & supervise civil & structural works carry out in accordance to specifications, shop drawings, method statements and local codes & regulations.
• Manager Formwork relate job and worker arrangment
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
