Job summary

TECHNOSAT BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator to assist the Project Manager with daily execution, coordination with the operations team and contractors, and ensuring adherence to the Quality & Safety Plan.

The role involves checking drawings for discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, maintaining quality records, and monitoring progress to meet the master construction programme, including material submission and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Assist the Project Manager in daily execution of work.
• Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team and contractors.
• Check construction drawings and highlight discrepancies.
• Ensure corrective action or preventive action is implemented and quality records are maintained.
• Monitor progress to align turnover and cost with the master construction programme.
• Oversee material submission, approval, ordering and delivery per schedules.

• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
• Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as the contractors
• Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carred out safely accordingly to the works programme and produce short term work plans
• Check construction drawings and highlight discrepancies
• Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively and quality records are properly maintained
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction programme
• Ensure material submission & approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules
